Our staff are dedicated to ensuring that all of the strata corporations under our care receive the most professional services possible. Our goal is to work closely with the strata council and owners to help advise them in all areas of the operations of their Strata Corporation to ensure effective, efficient and professional management of their property.

 Strata Fee Collection Services
We handle all collection of fees including monthly strata fees, special levies and other charges as required by the strata corporation. Fees are processed by way of the owner’s choice of Pre Authorized Debit or post-dated cheques. As well, monthly statements are mailed out to all owners in arrears. Accounts payable are processed regularly and all financials are provided to the strata corporation’s treasurer monthly for review and approval.

 Financial Records & Record Keeping 
We provide computerized record accounts with accurate up to date reports, preparation of annual operating budgets, long term capital project reports to ensure proper funding of the contingency reserve fund. Up to date records for owners contact, work orders, insurance and all other documents as required by the Strata Property Act are also provided to Council.

 Meetings
We attend all Council Meetings and Annual or Special General Meetings of the Strata Corporation and prepare all Agendas, financials and Notices that are required for meetings as well as the Minutes of Annual or Special General Meetings and distribution of same.

 Repairs and Maintenance
We ensure that all work orders are handled in a prompt, efficient and professional manner as well as coordination and overseeing on-site repairs. We are also pleased to assist with bidding procedures for major repairs to assist Council and owners in making informed decisions.

 Communications
Calls during regular business hours are returned promptly. We also handle any emergency situation that may arise, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and handle our own emergency calls for our properties. As well, we provide daily email contact with all residents and council members.
